Brett is probably one of the most professional & likeable people I have met in Canberra & the Same can be said for the whole team. Brett was spot on with his valuation, & presentation to me & made the process very easy to understand & being a senior it was much appreciated. Brett had a calm personality that made a difficult situation seem very easy. He handled everything well and took all pressure off us. All we had to do was present our house well and he took care of everything else. We particularly liked that there were two of them there at the open houses, compared to other agents who had to manage on their own. We always received a prompt call after each open house to inform us of numbers through, comments and interest. This was followed up by another call on Monday after he had called back interested parties. The photographer he used was excellent and we received many comments from friends about the high quality presentation of our house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others (and I have already).
