Having to engage an agent for the purpose of selling a property due to an irreconcilable relationship is not an ideal task. A Good idea – however, I think that I am not the person to be able to make many comments regarding Brett – even though I appreciate his expertise and able assistance provided us in the placement of our house on the market, and for its eventual sale. I say this because I worked with Shane far more than Brett, and therefore I believe that I have not been “close” enough to Brett to give him an honest rating. Of course I will always recommend Brett and Shane to those who are planning on selling their home as they were both very professional and helpful in the sale process and were very successful in the sale of our home.
