I have now bought (and recently) sold the same property in Curtin through Brett Hayman, so I have experienced his work ethic from both sides of the fence. We actually chose Brett to sell our home due to the professional nature in which he represented the seller at that time and the knowledge and contacts he has in the market. This experience really came to the fore when a glitch in the buyers financing arrangements arose. Rather than lose the sale, Brett called upon his extensive network of influential contacts to resolve the issue and close the deal. It was a tense period for ourselves and the buyer, but Brett's determination to find a solution resulted in a fantastic outcome for both parties. We put our house on the market through Brett Hayman and Martin Faux of Peter Blackshaw, Woden and Weston Creek (located in Curtin). We had an in-depth discussion of possibilities and strategy before we started, and we decided on an auction. Brett and Martin advised us throughout on the steps along the way. They arranged for photography and advertising, and ran the Open Home days most effectively. They were clearly very proactive in engaging with possible buyers, and this paid off at the auction when several very active bidders were bidding to secure the property. The auction was conducted extremely well, and it secured us a distinctly higher price than we had been expecting. Throughout the whole process we were delighted with Brett's and Martin's performance and the results, and we would unreservedly recommend them to other home sellers.
