Our experience of Brett Hayman is as a prospective home buyer and, ultimately and with Brett's assistance, as a buyer. It's a rather obvious fact that an agent's primary duty is to do the best to secure a good outcome for their principal; the seller. However, throughout our dealings with Brett in buying our home, I found him to be very considerate of our needs as potential buyers and he was always courteous and polite. In our conversations with him, Brett demonstrated his obviously broad knowledge of real estate and, in particular, the aspects of the property we ultimately bought that were relevant to our needs. This helped us greatly in our decision making. His pleasant manner and ability to share his insights in a respectful way helped to inspire confidence and trust. I believe Brett also acted with integrity and sensitivity in acting as the conduit for communications between us and the property's sellers. This helped to achieve a result that, I believe, was satisfactory to both parties. I would certainly recommend Brett to both sellers and potential purchasers of real estate in Canberra.
