My five brothers and I are immensely grateful to Brett, first for helping us with our decision to sell, and secondly, for making the sales process almost stress-less. The context was that our mother had just moved into a nursing home, leaving us to decide what to do about her home in Curtin and all her possessions. It was an emotional and overwhelming time for us. We first spoke with Brett in the midst of the sorting out mess at Mum's house. He was unfazed, knowledgable and candid, and his input helped unfreeze us us to make our decision. After consulting one other agent - just to be sensible - and finding that experience so much less, we asked Brett to be our sales agent and are so glad we did. Brett was just as helpful through the sales process. He was very clear with us on the steps involved, understanding of our mother's position on price, and always did, on time, what he had promised to do. Both he and his office answered our requests promptly and he communicated regularly with what was happening in the lead up to the auction. Even the auction was relatively stressless - there was nothing we had not been prepared for, and we were happy with the outcome, which was a sale at auction at a price we were happy with. As would be apparent from our remarks, my whole family found Brett a delight to deal with and we would all highly recommend him to others.

Shane was an awesome real estate agent. He quietly does everything you need of him. His communication was excellent and you know exactly what step you are up to, where the hold ups might be and is very patient when you ask silly questions. He makes you feel like you are his only client. He got a very good price for our house. His negotiation skills were superb. We thought the market was low and we would not achieve our desired sale price but Shane managed to get $30K more than the asking price. We would highly recommend Shane to any person wanting to sell their house. Wonderful salesman!

Prompt communication, through sms's and (mostly) emails, which I prefer because of the convenience. There were a few phone calls too which were to the point - I appreciated these - especially when making offers and getting a response quickly. I was given the time I needed during pre-inspection and did not feel rushed - questions were answered on the spot. I gave a mid-rating for market knowledge only because it was not really applicable in my case for this purchase, although I did think the property was listed at a reasonable price.
