Was mostly dealing with Martin Faux through the whole process of buying a property from them. The property is good however there are a few small issues with dealing of the property. The house is quite large with numerous features but a lot of the instructions for how to use and operate these features are missing. Some of the features are simply faulty. Granted this wasn't really the agent's fault. However can't help but wish this whole process was easier rather than a lot of testing and finding out for ourselves. Even breaking things along the way when some simple instructions could have helped a lot. Especially with modern homes there are a lot of electronics and features with a house which would require specific instructions, so perhaps something to consider in the future.
