Madi was amazing. Nothing was ever a problem, communication was always clear, friendly and professional. We saved about $20 000 on commission costs and Madi earned absolutely every cent, handling our extremely tricky tenants throughout the whole process, which was something not many could have done! Madi liaised directly with the real estate managing the tenants and organised all inspections without any stress or worry on our part. We sold off market with a straight forward contract. As a first time home-buyer, Madi was the perfect agent for us to work with! No question was too small, and she never made us feel silly or inexperienced (even though I am sure some of our questions were very amateur!!) She always answered her phone, or got back to us within a few hours, and was happy to liaise back and forth with the seller about minor points as well as major ones, even after we had bought the house and moved in. She shared in our ups and downs of the whole process, and was very genuine in all her interactions with us. I never felt "sold to" or pressured.
