Excellent salesman

Tim performed an amazing task using his excellent salesman kills to elicit a very reasonable pre auction offer from a buyer, on their first visit to the property, when he recognised that holding an auction was no longer the best strategy. These exemplary salesmen skills then enabled a higher and very competitive offer from other buyers. Without Tim’s ability to swing a buyer from being interested to actually submitting an offer, on the spot, it is very unlikely we would have obtained a similar or better result if we had continued to auction. Whilst the same buyers may exist no matter what real estate company you select, I am very confident Tim made a very significant difference in how he engaged with those buyers, compared to any other agent.
