Experienced, Market Savvy, Competent Agent with Excellent Interpersonal and Sales Skills

I met Tim almost twenty years ago and I never forgot how engaging and approachable he was. Hence we selected him to sell our property recently. Tim was able to accurately predict the range our house should be advertised at and sold in that range. Tim is supported by amazing staff such as Sabrina and Kiana. In addition he can arrange an efficient, well-oiled trade team to help polish the property, which is led by Joel and Sam. Finally Tim is backed by an outstanding marketing coordinator, Amy. All the agents I dealt with were extremely prompt to queries leading up to the sale of the property and kept us informed of all interested parties after every open for inspection event. To my surprise, his staff even responded to my text messages after hours and late at night. My only advice is probably to work closer with the stylist or arrange an alternative interior stylist. Everyone else however was outstanding. Overall, it has been a pleasure dealing with Tim and his amazing, hard working and responsive team. Thank you Tim, Sabrina and Kiana, from Mel & Matt
