Professional, Pro-active and on Point

Tim and his team have been a pleasure to work with. From the initial conversation with the team in confirming 'Heavyside' as our selling agent they worked closely with myself and my wife to ensure that all details were taken care of. One of their key points of difference and in having worked with other agents over the years, was their personalised attention to detail and customer care in looking at our unique circumstances and tailoring accordingly. The other aspect of note was that my wife and I were traveling in the UK during the sale process which provided a time difference challenge which didn't impact our ability to work together in effecting the sale. The final point of note is that the property sold within a week of going on the market (following the first 'open') and achieved the desired sale price.
