Appointing HEIMAT to manage my investment unit in Hornsby was the best decision I made back in 2019. Prior to that, I was a client of one of the larger, well known real estate groups. Despite several escalations to the agency manager, I was not receiving anymore the service I was entitled to. I ended up losing tenants and revenue. The agency’s back-office is managed efficiently by HEIDI EFFENBERG, Heimat’s Director, who has always provided me with the relevant reports and support required. Towards the end of 2021, I decided to entrust MATT EFFENBERG, Heimat’s Director, with the sale of my property. Matt estimated a realistic price range for the unit and identified a cost-effective marketing campaign to bring potential buyers in. His sales and negotiation skills worked well for me, as well as the regular updates I received about each visit and prospects. The property sold rapidly and well above my expectations.
