At the beginning they had a really good communication and our house was rented quicker, we are quite happy with that. The only thing I would add as once the house was actually rented they decided to close for 6 months as the renter had initially asked 12 months( as they informed). I was quite surprised with this decision in the last minute as it means if they don’t review I will have to pay a new advertisement & service fee to them.
