As a first time home buyer, Margaret made the whole experience a lot less daunting. She was friendly, not too pushy, and very responsive, answering all my calls and questions in a timely manner. She followed up on anything I asked her. I didn't know much about the process but Margaret made it all fairly straight forward and easy. I met other agents who were way too pushy for my liking!
