Exceptional Service & Market Knowledge
We first called Clare enquiring on an apartment she had for sale in Kings Beach. She informed us that unfortunately it had sold. We were only in town for the day and had fallen in love with the location of this complex. Clare mentioned she may have another one coming up in the same building. She dropped everything to move heaven and earth to get us through the apartment that same day. Clare facilitated everything from start to finish throughout the transaction as we live in Cairns. We own our own agency in Cairns and I wish we had 5 Clare’s in our office. Her attention to detail, follow up & communication was exceptional. I would highly highly recommend Clare to anyone thinking of selling.

Very pleased with the outcome
Iain and I had to work remotely on the sale of an apartment. This did not prove to be challenge for us. His market knowledge, high quality communication and straight-forward manner gave me initial confidence that proved to be fully justified by a prompt sale at the price I expected.
