Great agent!
It is the second time Kyle has been my agent. He is honest friendly and prompt with all requests and advice. This is the second time Kyle has been my agent and if in the future I buy real estate in Caloundra again I'll definitely be using Kyle as my agent.

A pleasant surprise!
Iain was very helpful in sealing the deal with our recent purchase at Golden Beach. He displayed a professional approach and was successful in negotiating the best outcome for us given the extended settlement date requested by the vendor. We were quite satisfied with the advice received from Iain and how he kept us up to date with every step of the process, including a lovely unexpected welcome pack after settlement!

Great Agent
Clare Thompson has been an amazing agent. I visited her agency looking like a drowned rat (after a huge downpour and being on foot). Probably looked like the last person who would actually purchase a property! Regardless, Clare showed the utmost professionalism and proceeded to tell me of the available properties.
