A Pleasant Rental Experience
I have been renting a property in Gosnells since May 2020, I had not rented in the last 40 years so I was a little apprehensive about what this would be like. I need not have worried, Lachlan and his team have been very friendly, courteous and professional. They are punctual with their property inspections and proactive in addressing some minor maintenance issues. I wish that all businesspeople could be so easy to work with!

Rental Review
Our rental agent Rick was lovely to deal with and very efficient on getting back to us. We were very happy to be chosen for this property as the current rental market is very difficult to be accepted. Most of all the kids were super happy this house had a nice big pool

Perfect Experience, great and so simple
I have been a tenant of Heritage Realty for almost two years. Prior to this, in my 40 years of life, I have never rented before. My Property Manager, Heritage Realty and the owner have given me the most perfectly amazing transition to renting and I am eternally greatful for all their help and support. They have literally made my life so simple and constantly put me at ease. They are very professional, communicate beautifully and respond promptly to all queries to the vest of their abilities. They have very high standards and if I were to ever own and lease a home, I'd have no hesitations to use them as my Property Managers.
