Attentive and extremely helpful.
I chose Michelle from the other agents because l felt the most comfortable with her. I was not confident with electronic forms and signing so Rob came to my place and talked me through it so what had seemed intimidating was made easy. The sale was made quickly and l received more than expected.

Don't even consider anyone else!!
Michelle is a fantastic agent and you truly won't be disappointed if you use her to sell your home. As a vendor, you feel like she is definitely looking after you and not the buyer (as is the case with some agents). Michelle's husband Rob is also a real estate agent so you definitely get the expertise of two agents for the price of one! Michelle and Rob go above and beyond. They will tend to gardens, stick their head up in a roof space and pretty much do anything to ensure a smooth and easy sale process Michelle also has a list of tradies that dont charge an arm and a leg to assist with any odd jobs that need doing prior to sale. This is the second time we have sold through Michelle and both times we have got the price we wanted and with exceptional service. You won't be disappointed with Michelle Gatani.

Easy experience

Investment Sale
I had a lovely unit in a gated community which I tenanted after my lifestyle changed. Michelle was wonderful in securing a suitable buyer so that my amazing tenants could stay on after the sale. There were a few hiccups on the buyers end that resulted in delays out of all our control, and Michelle was so good at keeping me in the loop and doing the back and forth between us all. Those delays aside, the whole process was very smooth and it all went through far quicker than I had hope. 100% would engage her services again. Excellent experience.

Gillian is the tops!!
Gillian is exceptional. Having sold my 2 daughters homes it was only natural that she sell my mum's home. Three days of open home with an offer on the 4th day, which was way over what I ever dreamt of. Gillian put in a lot of hard work, and her skills and expertise came to the fore.
