My wife and I recently moved from QLD to WA, with a young family. Having only a week in WA to view properties in July, Jia made himself available with short notice to allow us to view the property we finally purchased. Given the fluidity and turbulence of the market, being able to view a property with short notice response was an absolute godsend. Jia was very contactable through the whole process and was highly responsive when we had concerns though the initiation of the offer. After commencement of the contract, there were some financial delays on our side, which meant that we had to delay our contractual requirements, however Jia was able to understand our issues and convey the situation with the seller to ensure to progression of our purchase. Additionally with the complexity of our interstate move, Jia was highly responsive in providing us with solutions to ensure that we could move into our new property promptly without having to waste time and money staying in a hotel. Jia remained flexible and contactable through the whole process, making sure that we were able to realise our dream of moving back to WA, and making a home for my family.
