Gillian's conduct throughout the process of selling our home, was professional, considerate, diligent, honest and delivered what she said she would deliver! The advice, guidance and direction given by Gillian to both us the seller, and the new owner, was at all times not only down to earth and honest, but represented the duties and responsibilities set out in the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978, to; act in good faith and exercise due skill, care and diligence; act in the best interests of their clients; and be honest in their dealings with all persons involved in a transaction. All of which Gillian displayed with pride. Gillian has indeed 'paved the way' and set the bar at a height that I believe everyone should expect and have the positive experience of, when selling or buying a home, we are so grateful that this has been our experience with Gillian. Gillian didn't just go above and beyond for us, her clients, but she demonstrated thoughtfulness, and kindness, helping the buyer of our home with many requests, who does not even live in Australia. Emails, phone calls, the organization of other extremely professional external teams of people and businesses that prepared our home, both pre and post sale, the questions asked and questions answered were at times responded to immediately, (but definitely within the hour, even made from another country!) truthful, factual and always helpful with our feelings, concerns and responses was of utmost importance to Gillian. Nothing was done haphazard, and much care was taken to explain the whole selling process from beginning to the end. She is knowledgeable in this industry and in the local area, and I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone needing exceptional service to sell their home, and should we sell again, we would entrust her with the selling of our home once more!
