I've been looking for a home for a few months and I've looked at around 20+ houses before I settled for the house that I like. In my adventure to find my house I've dealt with a few house agents, some are nice, some are not so much and some are nice just to your face to get the house sold quick. Jia is so far one of the nicest agent I have dealt with. Being FIFO and having to sort applications, from submitting the contract all the way to settlement, Jia have helped me all the way and was very understanding in the position i was in. This all happens during the time when WA border are pretty strict and working interstate, it's not as easy to come back to WA. Many things I have to deal with through phone and emails which takes a lot of time and communication. On top of that the house I've bought, due to its circumstances, have to be settled by paper settlement and that's also contributes to the amount of processing time. I really appreciate Jia's understanding and patience in helping me to get this house I now owned.
