I must admit I had reservations going to the market in these times , after discussing a marketing strategy with Jia and setting a sensible price he had excellent photos for the online promotion and a Large sales board displayed straight away. Jia used his knowledge of the area to target prospects, and during the most challenging times seen for a long while he sold at the full asking price and attended to Many issues that were thrown up to us. Being a small business owner I entrusted him to use his very Efficient trades people to attend to any mods that needed attention, the prices were very competitive, But most of all it freed up my time to focus on my business.
