The first time I dealt with Peter and his team, as a buyer, he and only one other agent (of half a dozen I contacted) followed up on emails and phone calls and met with me and my husband at agreed times to view properties...and we had driven five hours to view them. So when it became time to sell, our choice was easy, back to Peter. (The other agent who follows up seems to be trying to retire.)
