From the very outset Hutchinson and Harlow performed well. The initial proposal of sale as clear, well set out and to the point, with none of the empty fill and self-promotion that came from other Real Estate agency proposals whom we had approached. Peter presents as a warm and honest person without the hard sell approach I find so distasteful in this industry. He provided sensible guidance through the sale process and various points requiring decision making along the way. When there were issues with a roof leak and some minor repairs, Peter and his team made this easy for us, arranging to have these dealt with quickly and cost effectively to enable a smooth sale process for both us and the buyer. Communication throughout the sale period was regular and any concerns or problems were discussed and solved quickly. It has been a pleasure to deal with Peter and Meg Georkas. I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to others looking to buy or sell property in the Armidale area.
