Knowing Sophia was part of Madaline Hicks Real Estate team, I knew Madaline had placed me in 'perfect hands' (A) because I was not coping with the loss of my dearest husband, I really was a challenge as a client afraid to move, but needing to be near my daughter sooner rather than later. Sophia immediately went straight like an arrow , targeting in helping my stress and fears and I felt Madaline had given me one of her 'Top Team' . Sophia is excellent explaining every step of documents, this was so important to me as initially I felt overwhelmed. From the first meeting with Sophia we knew we had a very professional and driven young lady. We could tell she had the knowledge and ability to sell our property and that she would do her very best to obtain a contract that we would be extatic with. She didn't disappoint us. Everything she discussed she delivered. Even though our sale was fast, Sophia constantly was in communication with us. Always letting us know updates and feedback of prospective buyers. She kept us in the loop all the way. She helped and guided us through the whole process. All her hard work paid off and she delivered us a contract that we couldn't not sign on the dotted line. Not only did we sell pre-market, we received over our expectations and have set my parents up for retirement and nursing care. Justin worked magic for our family.
