Justin took us through the sale process, he’s communication skills are second to know. We tried to sell the property ourselves as it was supposed to be a sellers market. We realized quickly while we were getting plenty through the property, they were not our buyers. Justin took over, had the same experience and was able to pivot the marketing and in the end we had multiple offers and were able to have choices. Highly recommend Justin, his team were also brilliant, not surprised. Justin knowledge of the market, comparable and what motivates buyers all added to the experience. If you want a agent who actually makes you feel he is working for you, he and his team are for you.
