Justin was brilliant.
Justin was brilliant. He was extremely professional, yet at the same time so friendly. He went above and beyond to help us achieve a great price for our house, which I would consider a difficult sale. A contract was achieved after only 3 weeks of the house being on the market, with two of those weeks during the Covid 19 restrictions. That was pretty awesome. Justin could really sell water to a fish. I highly recommend Justin and the team at Madeleine Hicks.

Under a Week, No Marketing Expenses

Communication, Presentation & Effectiveness
Had the pleasure of Jack Cahill selling our townhouse in McDowall. An ethusiastic agent
Jack approached us to sell our property after we had fallen through under contract twice with another agent a year earlier. We were impressed by his approachable nature, enthusiasm and drive to assist us to prepare the property for sale, and then conduct home opens. We had an excellent result with the price achieved and time to receive and accept offers. I would glady work with Jack again, and recommend him to any prospective sellers in the North Brisbane area.

A wonder new home purchase
Justin took an interest in my hopes for a new home from our first meeting. He kept in contact and showed me places in my desired areas and price range. He made me feel like he was on the journey with me to find my new home. That level of customer service, engagement and support is not offered by many real estates and if I was to sell, or look to purchase another property I, would be sure to call Justin first.

Highly recommend

Having never bought a house before and somewhat lacking guidance Jack walked me through the process, nothing was a hassle or too big an ask. Working with an excellent real estate agent as Jack is made for a great experience
Working with Jack was so easy when working with a professional had a great knowledge of the area also willing to listen to what I knew of the area which is important to pass on to future buyers when someone listens that tells me they’re ready to learn more about the area Jack has a great future in this area and I was proud to be a part of it I’m proud that he was my agent We had some hard times Covid had our highs & lows with two failed contracts on finance !.. but Jack stood by us supported us and gave me the confidence that he can do this again we took it off the market for about five weeks put it back on and Jack hit the jackpot did it again SOLD at 1st Open!
