Professional and easy....
Justin was exactly what I needed in an agent - communicates, simplifies and has the right tips to get the sale, rather than wasting time and money on items that buyers are not interested in. I highly recommend Justin and have already passed his details onto my neighbours who couldnt believe how quickly I sold.

Much more than just the average agent!
Justin sold our property with only one open home and 30+ attending the open house. He negotiated a sale price well above what we were expecting or even hoping for. Justin is a no nonsense unpretentious agent. He goes well above what other agents do; with his understanding of the building industry he is able to give seller and buyer a greater insight of a property than a normal agent can provide. If you want an agent that will go well beyond what is the norm and continue to offer excellent customer service right up to settlement I'd definitely give Justin a call.

Justin sold our property within just a few days and negotiated a sale price above what we were expecting. Justin does not stop helping you once the house is under contract, he goes above and beyond what you expect from an agent right through to settlement. SOLD in no time and at great price
From the very beginning, Justin gave us clear and achievable advice on what we could do to attract the most buyers and achieve a higher price for our property. We spent just under $11k on light renovations (most were DIY), styling, photography + advertising and made 10x over what we expected to achieve. Totally worth the investment.
