Although I personally know numerous agents (as an agent myself), I wanted to engage someone who is intimately involved in the area and the level of property on offer. With open homes not being available during the course of the sales campaign due to lockdown, Jane's negotiation expertise became even more important, and she didn't disappoint. We weren't highly motivated to sell, and needed to obtain the right price to entice us ..... which Jane did without conditioning us as many agents are known to do. Jane is both incredibly professional and personable at the same time.
