Our first interaction with Cooper was really positive and he was exceptionally knowledgable about the property we were inspecting. The Monday after we inspected the property (two days later), Megan was efficient in communicating with us the next steps involved in being successful with our application. Her responses were exceptionally friendly, professional and timely, with us being successful in the application in her best interest.
