Changed agents in November, everything seemed to be taken care of. Found a new tenant after a few weeks. In the new year, I received emails about maintenance for another property. It took two emails and then a call to say they have the wrong Landlord. Despite filling out all the forms for Highland to pay my outgoings, nothing was paid. It wasn't until my previous agent contacted I realised. No account had been transferred. I paid all my overdue outgoings and sent emails to my agent with the details. Despite receiving an email acknowledging this, the agent paid them again the next month. I also received request for $99 to check fire alarms and $99 to check water meter. I declined, as this does not apply to my tenant. I believe Highland does manage another property in the building, so I thought they would know the Body Corporate checks all this. My first tenant only lasted 5 months but Highland were able to find a new tenant quickly. They do respond to emails quickly and are always polite in conversations over the phone. I think there is a lack of communication between departments. Not sure why I have been asked to write a review for Highland Cronulla as I thought I was with Double Bay?
