While the initial team was a good experience, being handed off to the manager was not pleasant. There was an expectation that everything be done digitally with no explanation or walk through of the property at all. The fully digitalized lease agreement was belittling and cold, leaving no room for discussion or explanation. The entire experience with the condition report was extremely frustrating and time consuming, requiring extensive communication, delay, and multiple attempts to fill out the platform. The automation is not an improved service is has merely displaced the labor onto the tenant without compensation. I've honestly never had a more adversarial renting experience.
