Shoutout to the exceptional service we have received from Joe Gambacorta at Highland. Joe was aware of the challenges we experienced with a previous company and, since taking on our property, has shown genuine empathy and gone above and beyond to demonstrate how property management should be done. This was particularly evident during the most recent leasing process, where he was closely involved with the outgoing tenants and thoroughly scrutinised potential new applicants to ensure the best outcome for both them and us as owners. In addition, Joe is practical, highly knowledgeable, and consistently timely when issues arise throughout the tenancy. He proactively manages maintenance matters, using initiative before contacting us and always providing clear suggestions and options. We can’t speak highly enough of Joe and only wish we had engaged him sooner.
