I was a bit concerned about letting my home with a big organisation where there would be different people responsible for the various aspects of letting a property and I wouldn't have one point of contact. Due to good communication between the team members and myself and clearly defined responsibilities it has been a great experience. I was amazed at how quickly everything got done. I first spoke with Blake who answered my many questions gave a good overview of the process Highland uses. Keira then did the open home (we only needed one). Megan was great at following up with me and the people who had made applications. She also organised some minor maintenance before the tenants went in. The home has now been handed over to the property managers who will be the main people I will deal with. So far so good. Thanks to Blake and the team at Highland for a successful letting. It all went smoothly. The team communicated well. I got the asking price at the first open home and the tenants moved in within about a week. Overall, this has been a great experience.
