Over the years that we have been using Highland, we have always been content to leave everything with them. They have always been regular with inspections and with the provision of photographic evidence to show how everything was going. When repairs have been necessary they have been consistent with the selection of suitable tradespeople. Also, when new tenants have been necessary they have been careful to secure suitable people. I chose to use Highland Cronulla for my new property management needs after an excellent history with one of their sales agents. Within property management at Highland there are staff dedicated to each stage of the letting process. Whilst not immediately apparent who should be contacted and when, everyone has been extremely helpful, and the response time to calls and emails is almost always very fast indeed (Kara in particular is an outstanding member of the team). Setting up a new account was smooth, and the advertising and letting process excellent. We got a signed lease at the right amount within days of purchase and with minimal angst. A great effort from everyone involved. Whilst it is still early days (first week of the lease), I have little doubt that Highland will continue to deliver in the professional and efficient way in which they have started. I hope for and look forward to a long property management relationship with the team at Cronulla.
