This property was managed by Highland Double Bay ever since they purchased (merged with?) the previous managing agent. During that time, we had a couple of changes in tenancy; both of those were handled very well by Highland. There were no major repair issues during the last few years, but the smaller ones were handled by Highland Double Bay quickly and efficiently. We received consistently positive feedbacks from our tenants as well.
