I met Brianna Love and Claudia Lattuga when looking for rentals for myself in the Shire. They were both very knowledgeable, polite, patient and accommodating when they showed me around their properties. The process was easy and I was quick to make a decision. The email communication was timely, open and transparent. Being a first-time renter in a new country, they walked me through everything. The rest of the team at Highland was very welcoming as well. Concierge, Property Manager, Customer Support and Feedback... I'm so impressed.

Valeria was incredibly helpful and accommodating. After a very long and painful search finding a property, she really helped us by offering to check our documentation and also putting our case forward to the property owners. Other agents who we had unsuccessfully applied with did not appear interested in assisting us at all, but Valeria did. She has been extremely prompt with all questions and we would definitely recommend her services. Thank you
