My tenants have moved out recently and I had to find a new tenant, Rayner and Evangelia from Highland Property were extremely helpful throughout the process, particularly organising the final inspection of the unit after the tenants moved out, cleaning of the unit, communicating with strata, and finding a good tenants within short time. They are professional and extremely reliable.

We've been with Highlands since purchasing our investment property in Kirrawee in 2017. Since then we've had several tenants. Highlands have managed to find us new tenants so fast that our property has always produced rent. We haven't missed a weeks of rent. Well done to the Stephanie and the team at Highlands.

I have rented my unit with Highland for 24 years. My tenant recently left with minimal notice, the work that Evangelia Kostakis did to find a new tenant was excellent & at all times kept me updated.

We have met Kara at several inspections previously and she has always been professional, courteous and friendly. All the highland agents are similar and they are always there well before inspection time, ready & prepared and know about the property they are opening for inspection. You would be surprised at how many agencies are late to inspections and can't answer any of our questions about the property or get offended when we make a comment about a property, but not Kara or any of the Highland group we have dealt with over the past 6 months!! Always a pleasure to deal with.

Valeria was exceptional, I highly recommend her expertise and experience as well the way she deals with clients. I'm so glad she was the one dealing with all the process. Always available and ready to answer questions. 5 star service!! The fact the agency has a concierge service was just perfect and so easy to deal with everything! I'm so grateful for the entire service provided. Thank you so much!!
