Damien Ogilvy from Highlands Property was excellent to work with. His appraisal and advice were spot on and he was very reliable in following through at each step of the process. We sold our house very quickly for a fair price and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for good service in the real estate market.

Steve organised several groups of people to view my property for the first inspection and we were able to secure a buyer a few days later. Our partnership with Steve resulted in minimal inconvenience and stress to us and a sale price that we were very pleased with.

Damien has such a sound knowledge of the market; it was remarkable how seamless the sale process was. He is professional, a great communicator, sound negotiator and genuinely the only agent I would trust to buy and/or sell my property with. His advice was clear and concise and highlighted how well he understood the market and real estate in general.

We listed our property for Sale with Damien when we were so impressed with his work in the successful purchase of our new home. Our 2nd property has now been sold. He worked tirelessly to obtain the best price possible and his knowledge of the industry, especially in the Southern Highlands is impeccable. He kept us informed on a regular basis and was always just a phone call away. I would not hesitate to recommend him or his team for any transactions.
