Very quick and professional sale.
When I went to inspect the home, Steve was welcoming and organised (which is what I like in a professional salesperson). By this stage I had gone to so many house inspections, I didn't want anyone to waste my time with information that didn't interest me. I saw the house, I told Steve I was interested, he ran through the specific points, I took home the necessary paperwork for my lawyer to review, and the next working day we went through the negotiating stage, and in a week's time, everything was sorted. Nice, quick, and no fuss!! Thank you Highlands Property Group. I can't wait to start my new life in my new home.

Motivated to be genuinely helpful
I recently purchased a property where Steven was the representative real estate agent. Steven was very helpful in assisting to match my requirements to an ideal home. I spoke with a number of agents in the Southern Highlands and Steven was the only one that actively sort to assist me with my property search. I greatly respected the care that he provided to the elderly vendor and the efforts he made to answer my questions and connect me with local service providers, for internet and building/pest inspections. I was anticipating it was going to be much more challenging to find and transact my ideal property purchase out of area, but I was thrilled and relieved to secure such a beautiful new home with such ease, all thanks to Steven.
