I appointed Steve Berlyn from Highlands Property to sell my mother's retirement village apartment in what has been a tricky time for the industry. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of commitment to achieving selling the property. Steve was an excellent communicator throughout the sale process and was professional and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him and his staff to anyone seeking to sell their highlands property.

Steven helped by using his contacts so we could ready the house for sale. He gave us the best price estimate and kept in touch throughout the sale process. He even helped the prospective buyer with quotes for changes etc. He went beyond his sales roll and got the house sold for a good price.

We first met Steven at one of his open houses and found to be very personable and professional. His knowledge of the local market, and the comparative values of properties in the Southern Highlands was very comprehensive and up to date with every trend in the property market. We would have no hesitation in recommending Steven Berlyn to any prospective buyer or seller to look after all their professional needs in achieving a most desirable outcome in buying or selling your most valued property.

Steven was particularly helpful during the purchase of this fairly new land-release block. Needing an AHIP review and clearance, Stephen kept us informed of progress during the process, facilitating a smooth path to completion. He provided helpful local information and his knowledge of the area helped us get to know the greater surrounds. A pleasant experience and we were grateful for his open and upfront manner.

Although his first duty is to his vendor, we can only commend Steve for all the assistance and good will he has provided in our purchase of a retirement-village villa, in arranging for and/or liaising with tradespeople on matters we would like to see sorted before moving in. Not having to worry about a lot of these things after completion will make the move and downsize only that much easier for us.
