I had the pleasure of working with Steve recently selling our family home of 15 years in Moss Vale, a property with multiple positve features but also ones that required someone with extensive knoweldge of old town and new town laws, regulations, sub division allowances and easments From the moment I sat down with Steve it was clear I was fortunate to have come across an agent who knew exactly what he was talking about, that he understood the complexities of the sale and contract conditions moving forward and advised how best to manage a sale of this nature. Steve was firm and confident with his appraisal figure, I on the other hand was not, the final sale price being exactly what he had appraised the property at, selling in a matter of weeks.
