An outstanding agent who goes well above and beyond what you'd expect
I had the pleasure of working with Steve recently selling our family home of 15 years in Moss Vale, a property with multiple positve features but also ones that required someone with extensive knoweldge of old town and new town laws, regulations, sub division allowances and easments From the moment I sat down with Steve it was clear I was fortunate to have come across an agent who knew exactly what he was talking about, that he understood the complexities of the sale and contract conditions moving forward and advised how best to manage a sale of this nature. Steve was firm and confident with his appraisal figure, I on the other hand was not, the final sale price being exactly what he had appraised the property at, selling in a matter of weeks. Private / Sunday inspections were no issue, on top of the regular open for inspections, with regular follow ups after each inspection. The great service continued up until the day of settlement, his team working behind the scene providing outstanding service right throughout the procees. If you are thinking of selling a property in the Southern Highlands I'd highly recommend Steve and the team at Highlands Property.

Friendly and always helpful
Steven always kept me informed and up to date throughout the sale of my house.He was extreamly helpful as I am interstate during the sale. Every week after the "open house" he kept me informed of the amount of interest showed by people and what feed back he had received from them. I got the price I asked for and am extreamly happy.I would highly recommend Steven to anyone wishing to either buy or sell through him

Dealing with Steven Berlyn is always a real pleasure.
I have known Steve for a number of years, ever since he moved to the Southern Highlands .Not only is very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market (in a distinctive non assuming style) but he is also super efficient in his professional activities. As a person, he is considerate, caring and diplomatic. He also has a secret "plus" : a natural flair for interior design (a useful quality when involved with homes), he can match a particular home with his client. I would not hesitate in recommanding Steve to any of my friends.
