Robert superbly managed the highly successful marketing and sale of my friend Leonie’s house. Leonie is about to turn 90. She is a very bright woman, but selling her house was a daunting prospect for her. Robert went truly out of his way to fully and sympathetically understand Leonie’s needs and desires, and tailored his service for Leonie, to create the perfect sales experience for her. He made sure she was always fully informed, and explained everything in a way that made her comfortable and reassured. He didn’t just bombard her with texts and emails, but went out of his way come to her home and always talk to her face to face, print out documents for her, and made sure she fully understood and was comfortable with the process. As a result, she rightly trusted Robert at every turn and he fully delivered for her. His marketing strategy was very smart and insighful, tailored specifically for Leonie’s unique property, and the campaign was absolutely spot on, delivering an incredible result. Robert is not just an agent, but a true gentleman, and a wonderful human being. He beautifully guided Leonie through what was potentially a difficult and highly emotional process for her. I am writing this review to relate how delighted our family was with David Truswell and his amazing work in so quickly selling a three bedroom townhouse in Labrador, Queensland. Although our family lives in Melbourne David’s excellent communication skills and superb professionalism insured our property (in need of much updating) was sold incredibly quickly and for a price that we were extremely happy with. Also, extremely impressive was David’s invaluable assistance between the signing of contracts and the recently held Settlement. His local knowledge of the Labrador Real Estate market insured his valuation was totally and quickly achievable. Further, his profound knowledge of government /legal requirements/regulations regarding selling property in Queensland was again invaluable!!!
