Robert delivered exactly what he promised. We found Robert easy going and he got our house sold without any fuss. He is honest and reliable. He kept us informed without over communicating. He handled the sale of our house in a manner that made us very comfortable and he took a lot of the stress out of it for us. Robert is also very honest with the buyers. He pointed out the issues of our property to all the prospective buyers because in his words “We don’t want people to buy something they don’t want” We very much liked that approach. We will most certainly use Robert when selling in the future and can highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their property.
