I found Rob to be an extremely knowledgeable agent as he knew so much about the whole area. I have used Rob to buy a house and he only took us to properties that suited our criteria, unlike many other agents that took us to so many properties that were not what we wanted or way were out of our price range. As such I went straight back to him when I had property to sell. His advice on price to sell and advice on what to do to present the property were spot on, and as such we got a quick sale.
