John handled my sale perfectly. I got a very solid price for the house and location. I know all the recent sales, as does John, for my special location and house. They say competition brings out the best results. I had rented my house for 6 years. When tenants advised they were moving out I put a challenge to the sales manager and property manager, who ever gets the first solid offer will decide if I sell or lease out again. Tenants moved out Friday, John did an open house the next day, I had an offer on Sunday and the deposit on Monday. If only phone/utility companies were that quick.
