John handled my sale perfectly. I got a very solid price for the house and location. I know all the recent sales, as does John, for my special location and house. They say competition brings out the best results. I had rented my house for 6 years. When tenants advised they were moving out I put a challenge to the sales manager and property manager, who ever gets the first solid offer will decide if I sell or lease out again. Tenants moved out Friday, John did an open house the next day, I had an offer on Sunday and the deposit on Monday. If only phone/utility companies were that quick. John and Hillsea are a very thorough, professional and experienced company. I have used various real estate companies on the Gold Coast and sacked all of them until I joined Hillsea. I will certainly be using Hillsea and John for my future purchases, sales and property management. Thanks very much John for making it so smooth. All the best

Donna has been an absolute delight to deal with. We appointed her to sell our property in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis.
