Our experience with Donna was exceptional. We had dealings with other agents when trying to look at houses and find out home open times with probably only half of them getting back to us. Every time we contacted Donna, she was always quick to get back to us and available to fit in with our schedules. Even though it did become a bit complicated as we put our offer in from overseas and timelines didn’t always fit in, she would always email or text back promptly. Donna was honest, upfront and didn't hide anything in the process. Before we came across Donna, we had been to over 15 open homes, where the bidding process was an open bid, where i felt the agents weren't transparent and used us against fellow buyers. Donna took our offer put it on an official contract and before we knew it offer was accepted. Donnas communication after the purchase was as good as prior, she really is a great real estate agent, keeping us upto date the whole time. Donna even helped with obtaining the building access to allow tradesmen in prior to us getting settlement. I cant speak anymore highly of Donna.
