Liz has excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. She worked closely with us prior to us listing the property and even closer when the property was on the market. Her communication during the whole process was excellent, she kept us updated via the weekly report as well as feedback after each Open House visits. Liz understood our requirements, negotiations were clear and understandable which led to the asking price being achieved. Unfortunately not all Real Estate agents have the professionalism, knowledge and understanding that Liz possesses. Although it was a massive ordeal selling our parents home we were extremely pleased with the seamless process. We would highly recommend Liz to look after your property needs.

From the first meeting I had with Rueben I was impressed by his personal presentation and professional approach.
