Reuben from the initial contact , to find an Agrncy and Sales Representative to sell our investment property , was a pleasure to deal with . He was always contactable , easy to deal with , knowledgeable in all aspects , dealing with the sale of the property . A professional manner always , unbiased option given , when asking advise , and a very calm , but again , professional and straight forward approach and honesty in all dealing we had with Reuben . This could have been a stressful time for my wife and myself as we were in another state in Australia to were the property was situated on the Gold Coast , that we were selling , but I want to state, Rueben made this process seem flawless & and so straight forward , he liaised with all party’s concerned , Tenants/Property Managers/Conveyance’s/Prospective Buyers , etc on our behalf.
