As executor of my late father's Estate, I engaged Mark to sell 13 properties on the Gold Coast of which this was one. Mark has been exceptional throughout the sale of the Estate properties. Working closely with the Estate, Mark developed a sales plan and schedule for the properties and achieved excellent prices on all sales. This particular property consisted of two duplexes on the one title with tenants in each. Mark took charge of dealing with the tenants to ensure that properties were vacant at the same time and achieved a very good price in a declining market. Mark is a Director of Hillsea Real Estate and a true real estate professional in every sense of the word. His integrity and his willingness to assist beyond the normal course of duty made management of this and the other Estate sales so much easier for me. He is totally reliable and honest.
