Therese listened to what we were looking for and said she had the perfect house for us. We loved the house and made a deposit same day. Therese kept in touch with us and went out of her way to help any time we had a question or needed access to the house for building and pest,and final inspection etc Nothing was ever too much trouble and Therese was very professional ,knowledgeable and thoughtful at all times .Therese was also punctual and very patient with us and we never felt pressured to leave the garage house.We had no issues at all from our initial deposit to settlement.
