It was my second property sold by Dave in Last 6 mount. The only thing you need to do is to explain to him what you want ( only once ) and he will do the rest for you. My second property was tenanted and it was difficult to arrange inspection but he with his 30 years of experience managed everything some how that I never heard complain from tenant and sold it with the price I was asking for.
