We picked Liz as we knew that she has been selling some units in the complex where our property was. She therefore has a very good idea of where our rental property would sit in the market. She was very factual in advising us of the price range, with no unrealistic expectations. Although we are in Perth while the property is in the Gold Coast, communication was never an issue as she kept us updated very regularly. She also achieved a good rapport with the tenants which is critical for selling a rental property. We were delighted to get a good offer shortly after two weeks of listing. Although this first offer fell through (buyer's inability to secure a loan) and wasted us about 3 weeks, Liz was able to come up with another buyer, without any further delay. The settlement date was longer than normal so as to match the end of the rental lease. She never put the brake on until she knows the offer became unconditional. Her work ethics is of the highest quality. Her professional attitude gives us great confidence in highly recommending her absolutely 5 star service to others.
